BetOnline.com accepts wagers on all major sporting events, including but not limited to American football, basketball, baseball, hockey, automobile racing, horse racing, golf, tennis and boxing.

What is my tax liability on winnings?
Your tax liability depends upon your local jurisdiction. Tax laws vary greatly from one country to another. However, BetOnline.com will not release any information about individual account winnings or losses. That is the responsibility of the client.

What is the minimum deposit to open an account?

Can I make telephone wagers using my internet account?
At BetOnline.com, you have one account number for both telephone and internet wagering. You may make telephone wagers on your internet account, but the telephone wagering minimums will be in effect.

What are the maximum teams allowed on a parlay and teaser?
This varies by sport. In football we offer 21-point “blackjack” teaser up to 10 teams; we offer up to 15 teams in Vegas teasers. We also offer special teasers up to 10 teams in NFL and NCAA football.

How does an Affiliate Program work?
BetOnline.com is proud to offer the industry’s most comprehensive Affiliate Profit-Sharing Program, whereby customers can earn extra income simply by placing a text link, banner or BetOnline.com’s free content on their website. Affiliates can earn up to 30 per cent of the net losses of their member players.

If I select the Low Juice option, what happens to the Loyalty Points I previously accumulated? 
Unfortunately, if not redeemed before making the Low Juice Selection, Loyalty Points are forfeited once the selection is made.

What if I don’t choose? How long do I have to select a package?
Big Bonus packages are immediately awarded by default. You have the option to switch but ONLY ONCE. Call a Account Management representative (1-800-977-4717) to set up your desired package.

What is the rollover on the sign-up bonus in the Reduced Juice package?

There is a standard five-time rollover requirement for all sign-up bonuses pertaining to the Low Juice packages.

What is the rollover on the bonuses in the Big Bonus Package?

Will I receive Reduced Juice over the phone?
No. The -105 juice for game lines, sides and totals and the -108 halftime lines are only available when wagering online.

Do I get rebates on horse wagers? Does it vary over the phone and internet?
With the Low Juice option you can receive up to 7% daily rebates online and 4% over the phone. With NYRA tracks, the rebate is always 4%, phone and internet.

Do I receive reload bonuses?
Yes, assuming you have the Big Bonuses package.

Do I receive Loyalty Points?
Yes, you may receive Loyalty Points assuming you have selected the Big Bonuses package.

Do the bonuses from the loyalty point program have a rollover?
Yes, bonuses received by redeeming loyalty points also adhere to the rollover requirement on the winnings.
