TECHNICAL FAQs

I am having problems logging into my account. Why?
Make sure you are using the correct account number and password. Erase all temporary internet files from your computer and clear cache memory. Our website is Internet Explorer and Firefox compatible; you may be unable to access our website using an AOL browser. If these tips don't resolve your problem, please contact Account Management at 1-800-977-4717 or cs@betonline.com.

Why am I experiencing problems with my AOL browser?
AOL is often incompatible with BetOnline.com. To best view the site, use Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator or Firefox. These browsers will not affect your AOL dial-up connection should you have one, but will eliminate many problems which have been reported by native browser AOL users.
Some AOL 7.0 users may be unable to use BetOnline.com. There is a possible conflict with the proxy servers they use.

How do I best view the site?
BetOnline.com is best viewed using the latest Internet Explorer browser. Other browsers give satisfactory results, though there may be some visual misalignment.

What are "cookies" and how do I enable them?
HTTP cookies are small pieces of information your computer stores on its hard drive. Cookies allow your browser to remember specific information, like your account ID or wagers you've added to your account. A cookie can't be used to get data from your hard drive, find your email address or retrieve any personal information.
Every browser places access to cookies differently. We've included information for some common browsers below. If your browser is not listed here, please visit your browser's help page to find out how to enable them. If you can't find the information, try contacting your browser's customer service department.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. Our affiliates or advertisers may also use cookies.
