He’s allowed eight earned runs in just 15 innings pitched this month.
White Sox Reds Odds: Mark Buehrle (6-2, 3.43 ERA) vs Aaron Harang (5-6, 3.65 ERA)
The White Sox Reds matchup on Sunday will pit two former staff aces against each other, and both pitchers throw better at home. Harang is 1-4 with a 4.47 ERA on the road, but is 4-2 with a 2.70 ERA at home. His home WHIP is a measly 1.20 compared to his road WHIP, which is a normal 1.50. Buehrle also pitches better at home but he won’t have that luxury in this matchup. His road ERA is 4.64, as opposing hitters are batting nearly 50 points higher against him on the road.
