College Basketball Betting Preview: Baylor
The biggest problem for a team that ranks 209th in the country in assists is their ability to move the ball around, which has left the offense looking stagnant at times. With talented scorers such as LaceDarius Dunn and Perry Jones, the Bears have been able to mask their lack of sports betting bonus playmaking ability against weaker teams, but it has really shown on the road recently. Baylor will need to do a better job of ball distribution, while relying on Dunn and his team-high 20.7 points per game. The Bears haven’t won on the road since beating Texas Tech in early January, but play two of their next three away from home.
College Basketball Betting Preview: Texas A&M
The Aggies are coming off a tough 20-point loss to in-state rivals and No. 3 Texas Longhorns, but should have no problem bouncing back at home. The loss was their first at College Station against the Big 12 leaders, a game in which they never led. Texas A&M did show some good signs in outscoring the Longhorns by five in the second-half, but will need to slow things down against Baylor to prevent the same type of fast-tempo game that really hurt them against Texas. The Aggiest have now lost three of four since winning 13-straight, and will need to bounce back from their worst shooting performance of the season to end that skid. BJ Holmes and company were held to just 31-percent shooting from the field, with Holmes finishing with a team-high 19.
College Basketball Betting: Outlook & Pick
The Aggies will be determined to bounce back from their worst performance of the year with a statement game to earn just their second win in five games. Fans at College Station were shocked at the way the Longhorns were able to dominate them at both ends of the floor, but it will be a different story against Baylor in the final game before Super Bowl betting Sunday takes over the state.
