Iowa State Texas A&M Betting – Aggies Look To Steamroll Through Visiting Hawkeyes Wednesday
The No. 21 Texas A&M Aggies will look to make it a little easier on themselves when they host the Iowa State Hawkeyes on Wednesday night, a battle between one of the top teams in the Big 12, and the one with the worst record in the conference. The Aggies have managed to put together consecutive road wins by a combined six points, including a 73-70 overtime win against the Colorado Buffaloes, and will now look to make it a little easier on themselves with a big performance against the weakest opponent they will face.

The Hawkeyes limp in to this game on the heels of seven straight losses, including most recently an 89-66 beatdown at the hands of the new No. 1 Kansas Jayhawks. It won’t get any easier for an Iowa State team that will now have to play three straight games against the remaining ranked opponents from the Big 12, including two away from home.
College Basketball Betting Preview: Iowa State
A last second layup from Kansas State Wildcats’ guard Jacob Pullen crushed the Hawkeyes’ chances of breaking out of their most recent funk, and added to the disappointment of their sports betting bonus season. Iowa State has lost two games in the final seconds of regulation, and another two in overtime to contribute to the worst record in the Big 12. The Hawkeyes’ current seven game losing streak is its longest since 2001-02, and there is a solid chance that they will exceed that number (8) given the strength of their next three opponents.
College Basketball Betting Preview: Texas A&M
The Aggies lead a charge that is one step back of the race for the Big 12 title, trailing both the No. 2 Texas Longhorns and top-ranked Jayhawks in the conference standings in front of a pack that includes Baylor, No. 21 Missouri, Kansas State, and Colorado which are all within a game-and-a-half of one another. A three game losing streak that included an overtime loss at home to Baylor really hurt the Aggies’ conference chances this season, but the betting team showed promise with back-to-back road wins. Leading scorer Khris Middleton continues to be a force as he scored 16 points against the Red Raiders, helping Texas A&M overcome a 10-point deficit in the victory, and will need to continue to draw double teams to open things up for his teammates.
College Basketball Betting: Outlook & Pick
The Aggies seem to be back on track after consecutive road wins, and there is little reason to believe that Iowa State can do anything to slow them down, especially not on the road. This game could surprise and stay close early on, but it will only be a matter of time before Texas A&M takes off.
