Kentucky Florida Betting – Wildcats Look To Rebound Against SEC East Leaders
The No. 10 Kentucky Wildcats will attempt to rebound from a tough loss to the Mississippi Rebels with a showdown game against the Florida Gators, which positions them against the top team in the SEC East. The Wildcats have lost two of their last three road games, and it won’t be easy to get back on track against a Florida team that has been dominant in conference play so far.

Florida narrowly escaped an overtime win over Vanderbilt the last time that they were on the hard court, and the fact that their last two victories have needed three extra periods is a testament to how tight the competition is in the SEC. The Wildcats have the best record in the conference overall, but all three of their losses against SEC team have come on the road.
Kentucky Florida Betting Preview: Kentucky
The Wildcats will need to stop letting teams hang around when they have the chance to put them away, something that allowed Mississippi’s Chris Warren to hit a long three-point attempt with second remaining to send them home empty-handed. Kentucky shot 49-percent from the field, and outrebounded Ole Miss 36-27, but were hampered by turnovers as they gave the ball away 18 times. Terrence Jones led all Wildcats with 22 points in the loss, and continues to pace the team with 17.9 points per game, but will need more support from his teammates. Kentucky did well to bounce back from a loss at Alabama with a sports betting bonus win at South Carolina State, and will try to do the same against the Gators.
Kentucky Florida Preview: Florida
For the third time in as many weeks, the Gators needed overtime to clinch a victory when they took on Vanderbilt. A three-ball from Florida’s Kenny Boynton was the difference in the win, as he scored 15 points to help his team solidify their spot at the top of the SEC East with a 65-61 win. The Gators led by as many as eight in the game, but couldn’t hold off a strong run from the Commodores over the final five minutes of regulation. Florida ranks 27th in the country in rebounds with 39.2 per game, and will need to use that physical style to push the Wildcats.
Kentucky Florida Betting: Outlook & Pick
For as bad as Kentucky has been on the road, they are still one of the best teams in not only the conference, but in the entire nation. The Wildcats will rebound once again with a big SEC win, however it will be a lot closer of a finish when it is all said and done than many are predicting, as Florida keeps it close on the final stop before Super Bowl betting Sunday.
