Purdue Michigan State Betting – Boilermakers Steamroll Their Way In To Michigan State Sunday
The No. 8 Purdue Boilermakers have heated up as the Big Ten season winds down, winning five straight games to pull within one of the conference-leading Ohio State Buckeyes for first place. Purdue will now try to extend its run to six on Sunday when they visit a Michigan State Spartans team that has won back-to-back games.

The Boilermakers do not have another ranked opponent left on their schedule, but will need some help in order to catch the Buckeyes without another meeting against Ohio State on their schedule this year. Purdue took the first of two meetings between these programs back in late January, an 86-76 win on their own home court.
College Basketball Betting Preview: Purdue
The Boilermakers have been absolutely dominant offensively down the stretch, including a 76-63 win over Ohio State that pulled them within one game of the division lead. JaJuan Johnson and E’Twaun Moore have been the biggest reason for Purdue’s surge, leading the team in both scoring and rebounding over their five straight wins, including the 37 points combined they scored in a 72-61 win over the Indiana Hoosiers on Wednesday. Moore has been the biggest difference however, scoring 17 just days after registering a career-high 38 in the win over the Buckeyes, and will need to continue to produce at a high level for the Boilermakers to have any chance at catching their conference rivals over this final stretch. Purdue has won 39 straight games when they have scored at least 70 points, so offense will be the key.
College Basketball Betting Preview: Michigan State
The Spartans have bounce back from a loss to Ohio State with consecutive wins for the first time since mid-January, and will look to extend that run at home where they have won three in a row. Leading scorer Kalin Lucas has been the biggest reason for their NCAA basketball betting success, including the team-high 18 points that he scored in a 53-48 win over Minnesota to get the upper hand heading towards the Big Ten tournament. Draymond Green looked strong in his return from illness with seven points and 10 rebounds off the bench, and should be even better after a couple more days of rest. This will mark the Spartans’ toughest test left, and a victory would prove crucial in clinching a spot in the conference tournament.
College Basketball Betting: Outlook & Pick
The Boilermakers have absolutely stream-rolled their way through the Big Ten their second time around, and there’s no reason to think that will stop on the road at Michigan State. The Spartans have looked good in recent games, but have not played well against the top teams they have faced this season, a trend that will continue in a sports betting bonus game that should be closer than most expect.
