NCAA Football Parlay – Michigan, Notre Dame matchup
- Michigan shouldn’t underestimate its road challenge in South Bend
- Missouri has Nevada on its “to-crush” list
- Central Michigan looks for conference win against Ohio
Michigan Wolverines (-2) at Notre Dame Fighting Irish – Saturday, 3:30 PM ET at Notre Dame Stadium
San Diego State nearly lost to UC Davis, and Notre Dame almost lost to San Diego State, so NCAA football parlay sharps should assume the Fighting Irish should get crushed by Michigan, right? Unfortunately, college football isn’t that easy.
The Wolverines have some problems of their own as evidenced by their home loss to the Utah Utes. They rebounded against Miami (OH) with a halfway convincing 16-8 win but there’s no way they should be favored on the road.
Their offense is clearly in transition and their defense has been so-so thus far. This is a big rivalry game and there really isn’t much between these teams. In that case, take a shot with the underdog on the moneyline.

Nevada Wolfpack at Missouri Tigers (-26) – Saturday, 12:30 PM ET at Faurot Field
Missouri has scored 52 points in each of its first two contests and it shouldn’t have much trouble reaching or topping that number on Saturday.
Nevada lost 35-19 to Texas Tech at home last week. The Red Raiders coughed up a few turnovers that made the final score look a little closer than was.
With Heisman candidate Chase Daniel at quarterback for MIssouri, NCAA football parlay sharps should know the Tigers are much more careful with the ball. Given the ease they moved up and down the field on a Big Ten school like Illinois, the Wolfpack’s defense should feel like practice.
Blake’s Parlay Pick #2: Tigers -26, -110
Central Michigan Chippewas (-3.5) at Ohio Bobcats – Saturday, 2:00 PM ET at Peden Stadium
The Ohio Bobcats looked pretty good against Ohio State last week while the Central Michigan Chippewas were getting whipped by the Georgia Bulldogs. Realistically, though, Central Michigan is the far superior team here.
After facing Georgia’s speed and athleticism, the Bobcats should look slower than a piano with Ron Dayne on its back. The Chippewas are still the favorite in the MAC while the Bobcats are a run-of-the-mill program in the conference. Take the Chippewas.
Blake’s Parlay Pick #3: Chippewas -3.5, -110
