Chiefs Browns Betting – Chiefs Look To Build On Big Win Over San Diego In Week Two
The Kansas City Chiefs provided the biggest upset of week one, taking down the San Diego Chargers 21-14. The Chiefs will look to build on that victory in week two when they travel to Ohio to take on the Cleveland Browns, who are coming off a heartbreaking loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in week one, a game in which they led by as much as 11 before completely unraveling. Neither of these teams made the playoffs in 2009-10, but after a big opening week win, one of them is confident that they have the team to compete this year.

Why To Bet On The Chiefs?
The Chiefs opened their season with a massive win over the division rival San Diego Chargers, beating the defending AFC West champions 21-14. San Diego has dominated the division the past couple of years, and the fact that Kansas City was able to get this done at home was a statement that they can compete in this division. Big plays were the method to the Chiefs success week one, as running backs Jamaal Charles and Dexter McCluster both had plays of 55-plus yards, including Charles’ 56-yard run and McCluster’s franchise-record 94-yard punt return. Kansas City hadn’t beaten San Diego in three years, but the Chargers were hurting and made more than a few mistakes. Still, the Chiefs are a better betting on NFL team than the Browns.
Why To Bet On The Browns?
It was almost like a bad glimpse back in to the past, rather than moving forward when Browns’ quarterback Jake Delhomme threw a late interception in to the hands of Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ cornerback Ronde Barber, which was returned for the touchdown which ultimately won Cleveland the game. Delhomme had thrown for 227 yards, and actually looked pretty solid before again making that crucial mistake at the worst time, with the Browns ultimately blowing an 11-point lead. The Buccaneers have one of the thinnest rosters in the league in terms of talent, and the fact that the Browns couldn’t take advantage of them and put them away when they were well ahead has to be concerning. Still, Cleveland is playing at home with a lot to prove, and are welcoming a Chiefs team that is coming off an emotional win with a short week to prepare.
How The Game Will Play Out
The Chiefs are looking to put their playmakers in position to make big plays, which is just what happened week one against the Chargers. The Browns have scouted them all week however, and after an emotional week one victory, Kansas City may be due for a letdown. Cleveland did an excellent job of managing the game on the road last week, but will need to avoid making the big mistake at the most crucial time to get their first win of the sports betting year.
