Seahawks Giants Betting – Giants Look To Ground Seahawks Week Five At Home
The New York Giants have managed to overcome a ton of injuries and make an improbable run to the top of the NFC East with three wins through their first four contests, and will look to keep the ball rolling this week against the Seattle Seahawks. Even with their success the Giants haven’t been able to get going on all cylinders, and with a couple of winnable games at home the next two weeks, they have an excellent chance to improve their sports betting record before their bye.

NFL Betting Lines: New York Giants – 10
While the Giants have surprised this season for all the right reasons, the Seahawks have surprised this year for all the wrong reasons, and will be in tough to turn things around. Seattle almost saved their season with a strong second half comeback against the Atlanta Falcons before falling just short in a 30-28 loss, and at 1-3 will have a tough time turning it around.
NFL Betting Preview: Seattle Seahawks
With the 27th-ranked passing attack, and 31st-ranked rushing offense, the Seahawks’ offense is in a tough place this year under head coach Pete Carroll. Offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell brought in quarterback Tarvaris Jackson from the Minnesota Vikings in the offseason, and the move has been a major flop so far even with the Seahawks finally passing for more than 200 yards for the first time against Atlanta this past Sunday. It would certainly help if Marshawn Lynch and the running game could get something going to help open up space, but to this point that doesn’t happen and Seattle now faces a talented Giants’ defense. As if the offensive woes aren’t bad enough, the Seahawks have also struggled defensively, and will have to try and fix those problems on the road this week.
NFL Betting Preview: New York Giants
The Giants were considered one of the top contenders in the NFC heading in to this season, but after injuries ripped the roster apart on both sides of the ball, many people tempered their expectations feeling that it would have a significant impact. That has not been the case with New York reeling off three straight wins, including last weekend at Arizona. The Giants would really benefit from the presence of a running game, and this week marks the perfect opportunity to get it going against a Seattle team that has been awful on the road under Carroll.
NFL Betting Preview: Outlook & Pick
Even despite the injuries, the Giants still have more talent than Seattle, and what makes the outlook for this game even more one-sided is that on top of skill they actually want it more as well. Head coach Tom Coughlin has a disciplined bunch that will win sportsbook promo games anyway they can, and that should have New York on their way to a 4-1 start this Sunday.
