The New York Giants have managed to overcome a ton of injuries and make an improbable run to the top of the NFC East with three wins through their first four contests, and will look to keep the ball rolling this week against the Seattle Seahawks. With the 27th-ranked passing attack, and 31st-ranked rushing offense, the Seahawks’ offense is in a tough place this year under head coach Pete Carroll. Offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell brought in quarterback Tarvaris Jackson from the Minnesota Vikings in the offseason, and the move has been a major flop so far even with the Seahawks finally passing for more than 200 yards for the first time against Atlanta this past Sunday. It would certainly help if Marshawn Lynch and the running game could get something going to help open up space, but to this point that doesn’t happen and Seattle now faces a talented Giants’ defense. As if the offensive woes aren’t bad enough, the Seahawks have also struggled defensively, and will have to try and fix those problems on the road this week.
