He isn’t going to have much help either - the forward contingent includes Doug Weight, Trent Hunter, Blake Comean, Kyle Okposo and 2008 first-round pick Josh Bailey. There are prospects here but no one reliable yet. This team will have trouble scoring all year long.

The Isles aren’t much stronger on the blue line as they are several bricks short of a load. While the forwards have a good core of prospects with high ceilings, the blue line is just a mediocre group of guys. Mark Streit and Brendan Witt are reliable veterans, Bruno Gervais and Andy Sutton are OK, and that’s about it. NHL betting fans should note that there isn’t much depth here either.
