A submission artist who uses his lanky 6’0” frame for leverage, Diaz has struggled against stalkier, more powerful fighters. In theory, that means he should be in trouble against knockout artist Melvin Guillard, who has a wrestling background and is one of the biggest lightweights around. THE HAMMER’S PICK: Guillard is a good fighter but almost all his losses come via submission. For whatever reason, he struggles against Jiu-Jitsu experts, leaving himself in vulnerable positions.
