If there is a weakness in the Brazilian squad, nobody has found it yet. Aside from a 0-0 draw with Portugal when nothing was on the line, they really haven’t been challenged. The only glimmer of hope anyone has is if someone can duplicate what the North Koreans did in the first half of their contest when they stymied Brazil.
Other than that, this Brazilian squad is as gifted as it gets on offense with weapons like Kaka, Luis Fabiano and Robinho, and they are as good as it gets on defense as well. Aside from Uruguay, they may have the best back end – and goalkeeper – in the tournament.
Team Netherlands – Betting Preview
If there is one team that has looked absolutely flawless throughout the whole tournament, it has been Holland. For starters, they are one of the few teams that has won every single game they’ve played and soccer betting fans have seen them score fairly early in each contest.
They have scored seven goals in total and allowed just two, which shows that they are strong on both ends.
In the round of 16, they got their best player back into the lineup in Arjen Robben and he scored the team’s first goal against Slovakia. He also had several other great chances to add to his tally.
Holland is an underrated team but they might not be that way after Friday.
Who To Bet On?
Brazil is the more talented team but the games aren’t played out on paper. Nobody is playing better than Holland right now and they’ll find a way through the Brazilian wall of defense. Look for Robben’s creativity to lead the way while Wesley Sneijer and company will find a way to get the winning goal they need to shock betting fans and stake their claim in the semifinals.
