Steelers, Ravens Set For AFC North Clash On Thanksgiving Thursday
There is always a ton of emotion when the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens clash. With both teams barely keeping their playoff hopes alive, there will be even more fuel on the fire of this AFC North rivalry when they meet this week. Baltimore will host the Steelers in an online sports betting match up that will have major postseason implications this Thanksgiving Thursday, as both teams sit two games back of the Cincinnati Bengals for top spot in the division. Pittsburgh has won three-straight games to climb back in to contention after an awful start, and has the chance to sweep the season series with a win this week.

NFL Sports Betting Line: Baltimore – 3
The Ravens are coming off a big win over the New York Jets to improve to 4-1 at home, and can get back to .500 with a victory this week. Baltimore has split its first four games against AFC North opponents, and is hoping the home advantage can be the difference this week after losing by a field goal in their first meeting of the year against the Steelers.
NFL Betting Preview: Pittsburgh Steelers
Ben Roethlisberger threw for 160 yards and a touchdown and Shaun Suisham kicked four field goals including the game-winner with no time left in Pittsburgh’s 19-16 win over the Ravens, and both players will need big games again this week. Roethlisberger has shown a steady improvement as the year has gone on, and the emphasis on protecting the football is key behind an offensive line that is still very vulnerable. Roethlisberger was sacked three times in the first meeting between these teams, and the protection won’t have it any easier in a loud stadium at Baltimore this time around. Running back LeVeon Bell has averaged 4.9 yards per carry on 19 touches for 93 rushing yards in the first meeting, and will need another strong performance. The Steelers’ defense has held up well against the pass, and held up well against the run in the first meeting.
NFL Betting Preview: Baltimore Ravens
Ray Rice was held to 45 yards on 15 carries against Pittsburgh back in late October, and has been held to under three yards per carry this season. Joe Flacco threw for 215 yards and a touchdown, but he needs more support from the ground game in order to get the job done against this Steelers’ team. Rice was held to just 30 rushing yards in last week’s win over the Jets, but it didn’t matter as Baltimore’s defense forced three turnovers and held the New York offense to just 220 total yards. The Ravens didn’t score a touchdown until Flacco hit Jacoby Jones on a 66-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter, as they built the lead with four field goals from Justin Tucker.
NFL Betting Preview: Outlook & Pick
Tucker and Suisham will be in the spotlight again this week as the weather gets colder and the conditions in Baltimore get cooler, and they will both play key roles in the outcome of this online betting contest. Pittsburgh took the opening meeting of this year’s season series on a last-second field goal and should have a ton of confidence heading in to this game. The Ravens’ offense hasn’t been very consistent at all this year, so it makes even more sense to bank on a Steelers’ team that has won three-straight and is getting three points on a short week.NFL Betting Pick: Pittsburgh Steelers + 3
